New Competition
Bouldering and Dyno Competition
Objective of the competition: To motivate climbers to follow safe and ethical climbing practices in Sahyadri. Additionally, we would like to encourage amateur and novice climbers to get climbing experience.
Those who have previously participated in any type of competition on rock or artificial wall should not participate, as the aim of this event is to motivate amateur, novice climbers only.
Competition will be held in two groups:
- Bouldering: For 10 to 18 years age group.
- Dyno: For 18 to 50 years age group
- Pro Dyno: (Open category) For professionals of 16 years and above.
Each climber will get maximum of 90 seconds (maximum 3 attempts on the route are allowed within 90 seconds)
Climbers in the Bouldering category (10 to 18 yrs) must be accompanied by their parents/guardian. It is also mandatory for the parents to fill and sign the consent form (link below). Scanned copies of duly filled and signed consent form must reach the organizer at girimitra.wall@gmail.com before the competition. Also, please handover the printouts of the same at competition venue.
Competition Dates & Venue:

8th July 2023 - Elimination Rounds will be held in the premises of Maharashtra Seva Sangh, Mulund.
- Bouldering (10 to 18 yrs) - Time: 11.30 am to 1.30 pm. Entry will close at 11.00 am.
- Dyno (18 yrs and above) - Time: 9.30 am to 11.30 am. Entry will close at 9.00 am.
- Pro-Dyno (Open Category) - Timing will be communicated directly to the competitors.
- 9th July 2023 - Final Round will be held live on Girimitra Sammelan stage at Maharashtra Seva Sangh, Mulund.
